iQure Pharma to Attend BIO International in San Diego, June 22-25, 2026

iQure Pharma, a clinical-stage biotech company developing first-in-class astrocyte-targeted therapeutics designed to restore glutamate balance in CNS disorders, today announced that members of its leadership team will attend BIO International Convention, taking place June 22-25, 2026, in San Diego, California.

Pawel Zolnierczyk, CEO, and Henk de Wilde, Chief Development Officer and Chief Operating Officer, will participate in partnering meetings with pharmaceutical companies, CNS-focused strategic partners, and investors.

iQure’s lead asset, iQ-007, is a first-in-class, orally available small molecule designed to enhance physiological glutamate clearance through positive allosteric modulation of EAAT2. iQ-007 is advancing in early clinical development and is being prepared for Phase 2 proof-of-concept in epilepsy.

Epilepsy is iQure’s first clinical validation path, supported by strong translational models and clear clinical endpoints. In parallel, iQure is building a Parkinson’s disease expansion strategy, with migraine and ALS as additional mechanism-driven opportunities supported by EAAT2 biology and preclinical work.

Companies and investors interested in meeting the iQure team during BIO International are encouraged to request a meeting through the official BIO partnering platform or contact the company directly at info@iqurepharma.com.
