Dr. Anna Rzewuska

Anna is co-founder and Chief Financial Officer for iQure Pharma Inc. For more than 10 years Anna was the Investment Manager of the VC fund of funds in Poland – PFR Ventures/KFK Group. She has comprehensive experience in securing VC funds, structuring transactions, negotiating investment agreements, valuations, investment, business, and legal aspects for established companies as well as and start-ups.

Prior to that, she worked for Deloitte and BRE Corporate Finance in the field of valuations of enterprises, advanced financial modeling, IPOs.
Throughout her career, she has specialized in Pharma-Biotech Product & Company Valuation, and in 2014 she conducted a series of valuations of innovative biotech product candidates for the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw.

Anna is a PhD graduate from the Warsaw School of Economics. She holds an MSc in Finance and International Business from the Aarhus School of Business in Denmark. She has been an exchange student at the California Polytechnic State University, the US, MBA program.
